- Inspections and repairs according to maintenance levels 2, 3, 4, 5, as well as reconstruction and modernization of all types of freight cars, in particular:
- ordinary construction coal wagons (type E);
- special construction coal wagons (type F);
- ordinary construction platform cars on bogies (type R, K, O);
- special construction platform cars on bogies (type S, L);
- tank cars (type Z) – without tank repair and cleanout;
- wagons with opening roofs (type T);
- ordinary construction covered wagons (type G);
- special construction covered wagons (type H);
- special cars (type U);
- Repairs and regeneration of all parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies for freight cars, such as:
- complete bogies, bogie frames;
- wheel sets;
- complete bearing supported axle boxes;
- suspension components of the running gear;
- draw and buffing gear
- braking parts and air brake fixtures;
- unloading mechanisms;
- external equipment;
- Construction of steel structures.
Moreover, we offer:
- Works associated with design and construction of freight cars, bogies and parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies for freight cars,
- Preparation of complete technical documentation of freight cars and bogies, as required by applicable laws;
- Manufacturing of prototypes of freight cars and bogies;
- Agreements with notified bodies with regard to the scope of tests necessary to obtain EC Certificates and authorizations;
- We represent our clients in relations with the Chairman of the Office for Railway Transport in matters associated with obtaining of authorizations for railway vehicles or typical assemblies, sub-assemblies and components;
- We represent our clients in relations with Certification Units in matters associated with obtaining of EC Certificates for wagons – structural sub-systems and bogies – components of interoperability according to Directive 2008/57/EC (2001/16/EC) and the Commission Decision TSI WAG (freight cars) and TSI NOI (noise);
- We offer assistance in completion, preparation and verification of documents filed at the Office for Railway Transport.
